1. 00-VIVO_HOME

Root directory of VIVO at runtime.

VIVO configuration files, such as runtime.properties.

Useful ontologies for VIVO.

  • tdbContentModels and tdbModels

Jena triplestores.

2. 01-TOMCAT_WEBAPPS

Root directory of Tomcat web applications.

  • vivo

Compiled code needed to run VIVO by TOMCAT.

3. server.topbraidlive.org, teamwork.topbraidlive.org and TopBraid

Directories used by UQAM-DEV and Topbraid Composer, the UQAM-DEV host application.

4. Source code and compilation scripts

Core source code for Vitro and VIVO.

  • vitro-languages and vivo-languages

Files used for the i18n overlay

  • vivo-installer-i18n

Compilation scripts for an easy i18n VIVO installation
